All event tickets are non-refundable.

  
If you are unable to attend an event, please notify The Floating Grove and in exceptional circumstances they will attempt to fill your spot.  

If your spot can be filled, you will be offered an alternative date subject to availability.  The Floating Grove requires a minimum of 72 hours to attempt to fill your spot but this is not guaranteed.  If the spot cannot be filled, no alternative date will be offered. 

In addition, if you have booked an outdoor event and the weather is not suitable on the day, or if for any other reason the session needs to be cancelled by the event organisers an alternative date or location will be offered.  In the event that you are unable to attend an alternative date or location, you will be provided with a full refund.
